About the Event

Do you have a desire for leadership coaching but not sure you can afford it?

Ever wanted a safe space where you could have rich conversations about aspects of your leadership with others Would you like to take advantage of the growth and development that happens in a group coaching setting?

If you answered ‘yes’ to any of the above questions, then the Sheerah Collective is for you!

What is Sheerah Collective?

A space that brings together Black and brown women leaders to learn, reflect, and act. Each cohort combines evidence‑based coaching, peer learning, and practical tools to accelerate career momentum and create sustainable change.

What you’ll gain:

  • Greater insight about your leadership style
  • Learn how to tackle some of the challenges that accompany leadership
  • Opportunity to learn and share best practice

Includes:

  • Monthly 2‑hour online sessions for six months.

  • Two tailored tracks: Emerging Leaders and Senior Leaders.

  • Practical toolkits, breakout learning and expert Q&A.

  • CPD eligible and optional local meetup.

Emerging Leaders

Focus is on confidence, career navigation, and practical skills.

Ideal for: Early-career to mid-level managers.

  • Growing your leadership style: Adapting as you lead

Senior Leaders

Is there a refund policy?

  • The deposit is refundable up to 28 days before the start of the programme. After this the total cost of the programme will be due monthly 14 days before the session date.
